Job Description

• Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding the installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial assembly tools, bolting tools, and machinery.
• Conduct on-site equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs for a diverse range of industrial tools, metalworking machinery and marking machines
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Document service activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in the development and improvement of technical documentation, manuals, and user guides.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in industrial equipment, tools, and technologies relevant to the company’s product portfolio.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all technical operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Don Bosco in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably within industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing sectors.
• An understanding of industrial assembly tools, bolting tools, and metalworking machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support and service activities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
