We’re Hiring | Africa Area Sales Manager

Yes Pac Packaging Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Africa Area Sales Manager to join our growing team within the packaging industry.

This role will be primarily responsible for developing and managing sales activities across African markets, with extensive travel across the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B international sales experience in Africa, along with a proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for African markets to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen B2B customer and distributor relationships across Africa in industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and healthcare.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market entry initiatives across African countries.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market requirements.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis specific to African regions and sectors.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent Yes Pac Packaging Solutions at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across Africa.


Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B international sales, with direct exposure to African markets, preferably within the packaging or related manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country territories, distributors, or key accounts across Africa.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of African markets, export operations, and international trade dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High willingness to travel, with frequent travel across Africa (70% abroad / 30% onsite – 6th of October City).
