 Role Description

This full-time role as a Client Relations Coordinator is an on-site position located in Sheikh Zayed City. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, manage client accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, coordinating with the catering and operations teams to fulfill orders, maintaining detailed client records, and supporting marketing or event planning efforts as needed.

 Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with client account management and customer relationships.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Knowledge or experience in catering, hospitality, or event planning is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
