Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Agent based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, assisting with reservation bookings, handling customer inquiries, providing superior customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient travel solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations, including working knowledge of ticketing systems and platforms
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and resolve concerns
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a travel/tourism-related role is desirable
