Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role shapes long-term direction, drives execution discipline, and ensures the organization consistently delivers against its strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & Planning

• Lead development and execution of the long-term corporate strategy.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic opportunity assessments.
• Facilitate executive strategy workshops and planning cycles.

Enterprise Performance Management

• Design and oversee enterprise-wide performance frameworks and KPIs.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend corrective actions.

EPMO & Organizational Excellence

• Establish and oversee the Enterprise PMO and strategic initiatives portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process optimization.
• Embed a culture of accountability, execution, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior strategy roles.
• Strong exposure to real estate or GCC corporate environments.
• Proven track record in strategy execution and enterprise transformation.
