Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring team targets are met. The role involves direct sales activities, customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting financial analysis to optimize insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience
• Finance-related skills, including financial analysis
• Team Management skills and experience in leading sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
