About The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions that meet user needs and business goals. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you’ll be involved in every step of the design process. Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance the existing app and web platform designs to improve user experience.
• Translate user flows and ideas into polished, platform-consistent UI designs.
• Design for both iOS and Android, ensuring consistency and adherence to platform guidelines.
• Work on enterprise-grade web applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Ensure designs are intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with the app’s and platform’s vision and goals.
• Deliver development-ready designs, making implementation smooth for the engineering team.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for mobile apps (iOS and Android) and enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong skills in design and prototyping using Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and intuitive designs.
• Ability to clearly present design concepts, collaborate effectively, and incorporate feedback seamlessly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sketch for designing user interfaces and creating prototypes.
• Adobe XD for UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Photoshop for editing images, creating visual assets, and refining UI designs.
• Illustrator for creating vector graphics and icons.
• Axure for creating high-fidelity prototypes and complex interactions.
• Balsamiq for low-fidelity wireframing and quick mockups.
