Key Accountabilities

• duct necessary research on the possibility of adding new products to the company.
• Research appropriate references approved by the Ministry of Health and collect information for studies on targeted new products.
• Prepare experiments for the new product and ensure successful results compared to the reference product.
• Prepare the pilot batch with the approval of the health inspector.
• Prepare the first three production runs for new products.
• Solve production problems for any product in production.
• Prepare the CTD file for the export department.
• Follow up on the necessary calibration of devices in the department.
• Work on developing the company’s products to increase their quality or competitiveness in the market.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Comply with occupational safety and health instructions.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices
