Role Overview:

Manage and grow a portfolio of YouTube channels. You will receive copyrighted audio and subtitle assets to produce engaging video content, optimize channel performance, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality videos using provided audio and subtitle assets

Design thumbnails, channel art, and visual elements

Manage video uploads, metadata, titles, tags, and descriptions

Monitor analytics and optimize content performance

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing and graphic design

Strong understanding of YouTube platform is a plus

Fast learner and Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection

Native Arabic and English proficiency

Performance Expectations

A training will be given on Youtube and Audience development

Achieve monetization on 3 assigned channels within 2 months

Adhere strictly to assigned assets pool per Tier level

Maintain quality standards and achieve monthly targets
