📌 Job Vacancy: Administrative Specialist

Experience in Construction / Contracting is Must 


Ex : Document Control is preferred 


Industry: Construction / Contracting


A well-established construction company with Saudi origins since 2000 is hiring an Administrative Specialist to support administrative, governmental, and project documentation activities.



Key Responsibilities:


Handle administrative and office-related tasks for construction projects.

Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents and project files.

Act as a government representative and follow up with governmental authorities.

Complete governmental procedures, submissions, and approvals.

Conduct field errands and official missions as required.

Prepare and follow up on project extracts (Interim & Final).

Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and finance departments.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of paperwork.


Requirements:


3–5 years of experience in an administrative role within construction or contracting companies is Must.

Proven experience in governmental paperwork and field work.

Good understanding of construction documentation and extracts.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to work both office-based and in the field.


Location: Business Park – First Settlement (El Tagamoa El Awal), New Cairo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days Off: Friday & Saturday
