📌 Job Vacancy: Administrative Specialist
Experience in Construction / Contracting is Must
Ex : Document Control is preferred

A well-established construction company with Saudi origins since 2000 is hiring an Administrative Specialist to support administrative, governmental, and project documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and office-related tasks for construction projects.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents and project files.
- Act as a government representative and follow up with governmental authorities.
- Complete governmental procedures, submissions, and approvals.
- Conduct field errands and official missions as required.
- Prepare and follow up on project extracts (Interim & Final).
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and finance departments.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of paperwork.
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role within construction or contracting companies is Must.
- Proven experience in governmental paperwork and field work.
- Good understanding of construction documentation and extracts.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work both office-based and in the field.
Location: Business Park – First Settlement (El Tagamoa El Awal), New Cairo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
