On behalf of World-famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Manager to join the team.
Role and responsibilities
- Pay attention to the retail trend and the development of electronic 3C industry, gain insight into the changes of consumer behaviour in business districts and cities, and formulate store strategies by analysing competitive products, communities and operation modes;
- NEO, Product, Brand, Company, Culture, sales skills or soft skills training for each position;
- All the policy and regulation applied to internal team;
- In Event, or in cluster to convey the correct and completed info to partners;
- Understand what are the latest actions from competitors, design business plan or strategy to overcome it;
- Understand what is our partner's concern and request, design our action plan with business manager and implement;
- what is the voice from customers and based on the feedback, design or adjust our strategy;
- Business Advisor based on the overall business strategy, in trainer's side, proactive design and implement the action plan;
- Evaluate each team member and build Talent Successive Plan internally, obtain the excellent talents from MKT, ensure all the regulation is well followed. Managing staff's performance, PIP, warning letter, contract renew. Nominate excellent staff with RM/AM;
- Eliminate the rumor and negative emotion in team and coach staff about the development plan and career path, retain top performers.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent English;
- Excellent Presentation and Training skills;
- High level of flexibility and adaptability;
- Experience in Mobile phone industry (Preferred);
- Willingness to develop and learn;
- Ability to work on ground.
