Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure an excellent customer shopping experience, and manage store staff effectively. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining optimal stock levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves creating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Store Management, including operational oversight and team leadership
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement strategies to reduce shrinkage
  • Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and experience in a retail or similar environment are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and other business tools is a plus
