Job Description

Responsibilities

-Identify training needs through performance and efficiency gap analysis in collaboration with managers and department heads.

-Prepare and implement the annual training plan.

-Design, develop, and manage onboarding programs for new hires and development programs for existing employees.

-Ensure onboarding programs effectively introduce new team members to company culture, policies, and processes.

-Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure new hires receive all necessary resources to succeed.

-Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules aligned with organizational goals.

-Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and performance metrics.

-Oversee the full training lifecycle—planning, coordination, delivery, and post-training evaluation.

-Maintain and track training records, attendance, and completion rates.

-Handle training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and materials preparation.

-Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.

-Review and assess training materials prepared by instructors.

-Manage the training budget and ensure effective use of resources.

-Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

-Prepare HR documentation for ISO requirements and participate in internal & external audits.


 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

-4–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Operations.

-Factory experience is a must.

-TOT Certification or equivalent is required.

-Proven experience designing and implementing training programs.

-Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness and employee progress.

-Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

-Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.

-Background in ISO or quality audits is preferred.
