Job Description
- Book, issue, reissue, and cancel domestic and international airline tickets.
- Handle Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Provide customers with the best travel routes and fare options.
- Manage ticketing-related inquiries and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on airline rules, fare changes, and ticketing policies.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger data and ticket details.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams when required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Good understanding of airline rules, fares, refunds, and reissues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
