are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in producing real estate–focused content and a good understanding of property marketing trends.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (videos, photos, reels, scripts, captions).
• Produce high-quality short-form videos showcasing projects, units, site visits, and market insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Stay updated with real estate trends and TikTok/Instagram/Facebook best practices.
• Participate in on-site shoots and create property-focused storytelling content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

🔹 Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator (real estate experience is highly preferred).
• Strong creativity and confidence in front of the camera.
• Solid understanding of real estate content angles (unit tours, property features, lifestyle content, etc.).
• Good video editing skills (mobile or desktop).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with social media algorithms and trending content formats.
• Working hours: 10 Am to 6 pm
