Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Tender Engineer based in Giza. The Mechanical Tender Engineer will be responsible for handling tendering processes, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Daily tasks include reviewing project requirements, creating cost estimation and budgets, collaborating with design and procurement teams, and conducting detailed mechanical engineering analyses. The role also involves inspecting project deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Prepare mechanical tender documents (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing).
- Review tender drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimation and pricing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Prepare technical and financial comparisons.
- Support tender submission and clarification stages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in mechanical tendering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
- Good command of Excel and AutoCAD.
- Must have experience in the same Field
