About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of spare parts and consumables for our operations in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, technical understanding of industrial spare parts, and the ability to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement aligned with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for spare parts and consumables.
Ensure timely procurement to support maintenance, operations, and production requirements.
Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/maintenance teams for replenishment.
Conduct market research to identify reliable vendors and competitive pricing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
Collaborate with finance for payment processing and budget adherence.
Support audits and reporting requirements related to procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in oil & gas, heavy industry, or manufacturing.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of industrial spare parts, consumables, and vendor networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the oil & gas sector.
Familiarity with international procurement practices.
Pay range and compensation package:
Competitive salary of 25,000 EGP gross per month.
