Job Description:

- Lead and manage a real estate sales team

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

- Motivate, train, and monitor team performance

- Follow up on leads and ensure proper client handling

- Support team members in negotiations and deal closing

- Prepare regular sales reports for management

- Coordinate with management on sales plans and strategies

- Handle projects located in the New Administrative Capital

- experience in sixth settlement, fifth settlement and new Cairo projects 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (mandatory)

Strong background in real estate sales, preferably in developers

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Strong negotiation and closing skills

good appearance
