As a Software Quality Assurance Trainee (Tamheer Program), you will support the technical team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will assist in testing mobile and web applications, identifying issues, and verifying that features work as expected across different devices and platforms. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn software testing practices and grow their skills in a real working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing quality assurance activities for mobile applications and web platforms.
• Support the team in designing and executing basic test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly to the development team.
• Perform functional, usability, and basic regression testing.
• Help verify fixes and ensure reported issues are properly resolved.
• Participate in reviewing requirements and product features to understand expected behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and QA team members during the testing cycle.
• Maintain simple test documentation and testing reports.
• Learn and apply QA best practices, tools, and testing methodologies under supervision.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate eligible for Tamheer Program (not registered in GOSI for the last 6 months)
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
• Familiarity with mobile and web applications.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn automated testing tools and QA frameworks.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work within a team.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
