Job Description

  • Position: Help Desk 
  • Location: Misrata – Libya
  • Al-Madina Misrata Company is seeking to hire a Help Desk Officer to join the IT Department. The ideal candidate will provide daily technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and handle technical issues and support requests from employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and printer issues.
  • Provide user support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare and set up IT equipment for new employees.
  • Monitor and document daily technical issues.
  • Coordinate with the IT or Network team when needed.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

 

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
