Job Description

  • Provide real-time chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely follow-up.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond first-level support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Etisalat Egypt’s products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics for response time and resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum B1+ proficiency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or online environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude under pressure.
