Job Description
- Provide real-time chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timely follow-up.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond first-level support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Etisalat Egypt’s products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics for response time and resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all customer interactions.
