Job Overview:

Alfalak is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will manage the technology evaluation stage of the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team to advise on product solutions. You will combine technical expertise and communication skills to explain the technical and functional aspects of our products and services to clients, addressing any questions or challenges that arise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate equipment configurations for new installations, network changes, and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network faults using established diagnosis procedures.
• Maintain operational health of network hardware and software infrastructure.
• Conduct network testing to ensure compliance with installation guidelines.
• Plan and execute implementation, integration, and migration activities.
• Deliver presentations on products and features at client meetings and events.
• Provide technical enablement, troubleshoot client issues, and answer solution-related questions.
• Build consultative relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide the best solutions.
• Facilitate informal knowledge transfer to colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Mandatory networking certifications valid through 2026.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with network configurations and architectures.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols, switching networks, and complex network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of networking architectures and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience with enterprise accounts and medium-sized businesses.
• Experience in cybersecurity-related networking projects.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Track record of exceeding deployment targets.
• Additional relevant certifications in IT infrastructure are a plus.
• Experience with WiFi tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
