We’re hiring a Visual Content & Social Media Generalist to own daily content execution across our social platforms.
This is not a passive role. You will be responsible for turning ideas into published content — consistently, cleanly, and on brand.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Edit videos with strong pacing, hooks, and visual consistency
- Execute content ideas quickly (not overthinking, not perfectionism)
- Post content and adapt based on performance
- Create product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes visuals
- Maintain brand visual consistency across all platforms
- Assist in launches, campaigns, and drops
- Work directly with the founder and marketing direction (tight feedback loops)
- Stay updated on trends and adapt them intelligently to the brand
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong visual eye (lighting, framing, composition)
- Confident in filming and editing short-form content
- Experience with Instagram & TikTok formats
- Comfortable working in a startup with fast changes
- Can take feedback without ego
- Reliable and consistent
- Portfolio or examples of real work (required)
Detailed Skill Requirements
Technical:
- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Basic color correction and sound cleanup
- Shooting on phone or camera (results > gear)
- Understanding hooks, pacing, and retention
Creative:
- Ability to turn simple ideas into engaging visuals
- Knows how to follow a brand aesthetic, not personal style
- Can adapt trends instead of copying them blindly
Work Style:
- Self-starter (doesn’t wait to be micromanaged)
- Organized enough to manage multiple pieces of content
- Comfortable with trial, error, and iteration
- Understands this is a brand role, not a personal page
