Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Finishing Engineer with two years of experience. Based in Qesm El Maadi, the role includes overseeing and managing finishing aspects of architectural projects, ensuring designs are executed with precision, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The engineer will work closely with design and construction teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure client specifications and aesthetics are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, technical drawings, and CAD software
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
• Ability to manage project timelines, handle on-site challenges, and oversee quality control
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teams and clients
• Experience in project management and understanding project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes is an advantage
