Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Arc BIM (Building Information Modeling) specialist located in Ad-Duqqi. The selected candidate will oversee the preparation and management of BIM models, collaborate with project teams, and ensure alignment with architectural and engineering design standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular model reviews, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing data workflows, and ensuring compliance with project timelines. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BIM software and processes, while maintaining consistent documentation and updates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software and tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and related applications
• Strong architectural knowledge and experience with architectural design and detailing
• Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design models
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in troubleshooting technical BIM issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field
• Relevant experience in construction or project management is an advantage
