Anime Spot is looking for a Store Manager with a true Pop Culture mindset to lead one of our flagship stores.
This role is for someone who understands pop culture fandoms, collectibles, figures, anime, movies, TV series, gaming, and community-driven retail — not just traditional store management.
🔹 Role OverviewAs Store Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end store operations and drive sales performance
- Lead, train, and inspire a pop-culture-savvy retail team
- Deliver an exceptional experience for fans, collectors, and “kidults”
- Oversee product launches (figures, collectibles, TCG, licensed items)
- Ensure strong visual merchandising aligned with pop-culture themes
- Engage with the community, events, and in-store activations
- Control stock, KPIs, and reporting in coordination with head office
- Experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
- Genuine passion for Pop Culture (Anime, Movies, TV Series, Gaming, Collectibles)
- Sales-driven and operationally disciplined
- Comfortable engaging with fans, collectors, and influencers
- Able to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
