Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Supervise daily operations including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed.
- Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 year in a leadership role. is a Must
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market (especially in [insert area, if relevant]).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a target-driven team.
