About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales & Expansion Manager to lead both the day-to-day retail operations and, most importantly, the expansion of our brand into premium malls and high-traffic locations.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience opening retail stores, dealing with mall management, and scaling retail operations in a structured and profitable way.

The primary focus of this role is retail expansion, while ensuring existing stores continue to perform at a high level.Key Responsibilities1. Retail Expansion (Primary Responsibility)

Lead the end-to-end expansion process into premium malls and prime retail locations.

Identify and evaluate new mall opportunities (traffic, tenant mix, positioning, costs).

Deal directly with mall management, leasing teams, and developers.

Negotiate commercial terms (rent, fit-out periods, contracts, exclusivity when applicable).

Prepare store opening plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate store launches with marketing, operations, and HR teams.

Ensure each new branch meets brand standards and financial targets.

2. Retail Operations & Sales Management

Oversee day-to-day performance of existing retail stores.

Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics.

Ensure consistent customer experience and service standards across all branches.

Support store managers in staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement.

Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions when needed.

Work closely with marketing to support in-store campaigns and promotions.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and coach store managers and sales teams.

Participate in hiring key retail staff (store managers, supervisors).

Ensure training standards are aligned with brand positioning.

Build a performance-driven retail culture.

Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in retail management.

Proven experience in retail expansion and store openings (mandatory).

Strong background in premium malls / high-end retail environments.

Experience dealing with mall leasing, contracts, and negotiations.

Strong understanding of retail P&L, sales analysis, and cost control.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Hands-on, practical, and execution-focused personality.
