Overview

The Reels Content Creator will be responsible for creating fast, trend-driven, high-performing short-form video content that reflects Town Team’s energy, attitude, and street-smart identity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media plans aligned with marketing campaigns, launches,
• Ideate, shoot, and edit Reels and TikTok videos on a daily/weekly basis
• Translate fashion trends into engaging video formats
• Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to support campaigns and launches
• Capture in-store, studio, and lifestyle content
• Stay up to date with trending sounds, formats, transitions, and edits
• Execute content that supports engagement, awareness, and conversion
• Ensure content aligns with Town Team’s brand personality and tone
• Deliver content quickly and efficiently for real-time trends

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience creating short-form video content
• Strong skills in mobile shooting and editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.)
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
• Fashion and streetwear awareness is a must
• Creative, energetic, and trend-obsessed mindset
• Ability to work on-site and move across locations when needed
• Portfolio or social media samples required
