Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will manage travel arrangements for domestic and international travelers, assist with reservations and car rentals, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role will also require generating sales, creating customized travel itineraries, and collaborating with clients to meet their specific travel needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships
• Experience in Car Rental services and coordination for clients' convenience
• Sales expertise, with the ability to meet sales targets and provide tailored travel solutions
• Familiarity with travel software and booking platforms is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skill
