This role is focused on what really matters:

• Podcast editing

• Short-form reels & viral clips

• Talking-head & CEO content

• Smart use of AI tools to speed up delivery

If you love turning long content into engaging reels, understand pacing, hooks, captions, and know how to make videos perform, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll work on:

• Edit long-form podcast episodes

• Repurpose content into reels & shorts

• Create clean, branded, high-impact edits

• Use AI tools like Descript / Opus Clip / Runway to work smarter

• Deliver consistently on time

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Solid experience as a Video Editor

• Strong sense of storytelling & pacing

• Experience with social media-first content

• Portfolio of reels / podcasts / talking-head content
