• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in the electronics or telecommunications industry is preferred
• 2+ years of store management experience
• Strong sales background with the ability to train and mentor sales promoters on the shop floor
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to manage store operations, including sales performance and staff supervision
