⁦We are seeking a creative and technically proficient 3D Designer, Architect, or Interior Designer specializing in exhibitions and experiential environments. The ideal candidate will transform conceptual ideas into immersive 3D spaces, balancing strong aesthetic impact with structural logic, while incorporating Saudi cultural identity into modern, high-end designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into compelling 3D spatial concepts, including exhibition stands, pavilions, stage designs, and immersive brand activations.

• Produce photorealistic renders, walkthrough animations, and 360-degree panoramas that clearly communicate lighting, materials, scale, and atmosphere to stakeholders.

• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections while ensuring all designs are structurally feasible and compliant with venue height, safety, and exhibition regulations.

• Specify finishes, flooring, and structural materials aligned with brand identity and the “Heritage Meets Modernity” aesthetic of Saudi projects.

• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs are buildable and accurately translated from 3D to physical execution.

• Design lighting concepts and integrate AV and digital hardware such as LED screens, projection mapping, and interactive technologies into physical structures.

• Provide design oversight during build-up and installation phases to ensure the physical execution matches the approved 3D vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization within the events or exhibition industry.

• A strong portfolio showcasing executed exhibition booths, large-scale pavilions, or interior event environments.

• Solid understanding of Saudi architectural styles such as Najdi and Hejazi, with the ability to reinterpret heritage elements into contemporary, premium event designs.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software including 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, or Revit.

• Proficiency in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Enscape.

• Strong technical drafting skills using AutoCAD for detailed drawings and documentation.

• Good understanding of CNC cutting, wood and metal fabrication, and modular exhibition systems such as Octanorm or Maxima.

• Strong spatial problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize visitor circulation and sightlines in crowded exhibition halls or outdoor event sites.

• Ability to deliver high-quality 3D outputs under fast-paced timelines typical of the Middle East events industry.
