EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Development Field Commercial Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential real estate opportunities, advising clients on property investments, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. Additional tasks include market research, creating strategies to meet sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field is preferred
• Experience in selling commercial projects in a Must
• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate markets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships
• Sales expertise with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Work experience or knowledge in real estate will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
