Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote SkillBridge’s recruitment services to corporate clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients across various industries
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Present and promote recruitment and talent acquisition solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in recruitment or HR services is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
