Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Design Thinking Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that help teams adopt human-centered, innovation-driven approaches. The trainer will work closely with enterprise stakeholders to enable problem-solving, creativity, and user-focused thinking across digital and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Design Thinking training programs and workshops
Facilitate interactive sessions (virtual) for cross-functional teams and leaders
Customize training content based on business and industry needs
Coach teams through real-world problem-solving using Design Thinking frameworks
Guide participants through empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing phases
Develop training materials, case studies, exercises, and assessments
Measure training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
Collaborate with client stakeholders to align training outcomes with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in Design Thinking, UX, Innovation, or Product Strategy
Proven experience delivering Design Thinking workshops and training programs
Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with Design Thinking methodologies (IDEO, Stanford d.school, Double Diamond, etc.)
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and diverse audiences
Experience conducting remote / virtual training sessions effectively
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience training enterprise or government teams
Exposure to projects in KSA or the Middle East region
Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation frameworks
