Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator – Tamheer Program
Program Type: Tamheer (HRDF) – 6 Months Training

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team under the Tamheer Program (HRDF) for a 6-month training period. This opportunity provides practical, hands-on experience in recruitment operations within a professional HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates and recruitment agencies
- Assist with job postings and CV screening
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Schedule interviews and prepare related documentation
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment tasks
Requirements:
- Saudi national (eligible for Tamheer Program)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or no prior work experience (as per Tamheer guidelines)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
Program Details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Program: Tamheer (HRDF)
- Monthly Stipend: SAR 3,000 (paid by HRDF)
- On-the-job practical training in HR & recruitment
