- Responding promptly to customer Inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications &Requests.
- Handling Mobile service inquires.
- Handling Home services and fixed lines services.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
