As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in guests, providing a friendly and professional first impressionManage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteouslyProcess check-outs and handle billing accurately, ensuring a smooth departure experienceCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issuesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guestsPromote hotel amenities and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and drive revenueHandle reservations and room assignments efficientlyMaintain the front desk area in a clean and organized mannerAssist with administrative tasks such as report generation and inventory managementEnsure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures at all timesQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality settingStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team membersProven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of workProficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to remain calm and empathetic when handling guest concerns or complaintsKnowledge of UAE culture and customs is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plusPositive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer serviceAdditional InformationWhat Is In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted Accor rates worldwideLearning programs through our academiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
