Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Giza. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth functioning of the store, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include inventory management, supervising and training staff, driving sales, handling customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will also be accountable for achieving sales targets and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Proven proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Excellent Communication and team leadership abilities
- Experience in the retail industry and knowledge of sales processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment with a hands-on approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
