Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth for Micro Engineering’s services across the Oil & Gas, Construction, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, proven B2B sales experience, and familiarity with BIM services and laser scanning solutions. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in the Gulf region, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex accounts, and deliver tailored engineering solutions that align with client objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with B2B clients, EPC contractors, and major industrial players in Egypt and the Gulf region.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical-commercial proposals; manage RFQs and large-scale tenders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting technical solutions including BIM workflows, Scan-to-BIM, and laser scanning applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in both local and Gulf markets.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
