Duties & Responsibilities:

· Communicating for updating schedule, trading and rates.

· Checking prices to analyzing collected data for reporting to section head with details.

· Receiving booking forms & execute booking.

· Reporting the booking details, estimated fees and final confirmed costs to finance section.

· Receiving deposit bank invoice.

· Getting shipment invoice number by direct communication.

· Checking price term & tax status.

· Sending full details to loading list.

· Getting final loading list to prepare final packing & invoice to review original copy status from booking section.

· Following up with delivery to collection point in China.
