IT Technical Support Senior Specialist provides advanced technical support and leadership in resolving complex IT issues. This role acts as an escalation point for L1/L2 teams, ensures system stability, and contributes to continuous improvement of IT support processes and standard, Experience providing technical support in high-volume contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Diagnose and resolve advanced OS, application, server, and network problems
- Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Support IT audits, compliance, and security initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong experience with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
- CCNA - Microsoft MCSA OR AZ-900- CCNP
- Previous experience in an IT support role within a contact center environment
- Experience handling IT support for contact center tools, endpoints, and users
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
