Job Description
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on all company operations, contracts, and projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, client, and partnership contracts.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to marketing, production, and event management.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions as necessary.
- Advise management on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters and litigation.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.
- Support HR with employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver legal training to staff on relevant topics such as contract management and regulatory compliance.

- Demonstrated expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law.

- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
