Key Responsibilities:
Podcast Episode Editing:
Edit full-length podcast episodes (video & audio) with precision and attention to pacing, flow, and clarity.
Synchronize multi-camera footage and ensure seamless transitions between speakers.
Reels & Short-Form Content:
Extract the most engaging moments from each episode and produce short reels (60–120 sec) optimized for social platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
Add branding, motion graphics, and subtitles in both Arabic and English when needed.
Color Grading:
Apply professional color correction and grading across all footage for a consistent visual style.
Graphics & Branding:
Integrate logos, overlays, intros/outros, and lower-thirds following Trendz branding guidelines.
Ensure all content maintains brand consistency across video platforms.
Production Workflow & File Management:
Manage footage from multiple cameras (A-roll, B-roll, BTS) and organize project files efficiently.
Maintain a post-production protocol and ensure all assets are properly archived.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in video editing (podcast or media production preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio sync, and export workflows for multiple platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage several episodes simultaneously.
- Experience in adding Arabic/English subtitles and adapting content for social media use.
- AI tools experience is a PLUS
