Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive and well-organized shop environment. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sportswear and local fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
• Promote KODE merchandise and local brands, highlighting features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation.
• Receive, tag, and organize new stock; assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Follow KODE policies, pricing, promotions, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

· Strong communication and sales skills

· Interest in sportswear, fashion, or fitness

· Ability to work shifts and weekends
