Job Description

• Monitor, operate, and maintain water treatment systems to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
• Conduct routine sampling and analysis of water quality, documenting results and reporting deviations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water purification, filtration, and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize water treatment processes.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for water treatment equipment and related infrastructure.
• Ensure all water treatment operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in the validation and qualification of water systems for pharmaceutical production.
• Train and support production staff on water system protocols and emergency procedures.
• Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical expertise on water treatment processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science degree with Great Experience in the field.
• 1-4 years of experience in water treatment, preferably within a pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of water purification technologies such as reverse osmosis, deionization, and UV sterilization.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for water systems.
• Ability to interpret water quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergencies as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and control systems for water treatment operations.
