Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine freight forwarding and shipping services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of experience in marine shipping sales is a must.
- Must be residing in Giza or Cairo (especially 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed).
- Able to commute to working on-site in Sheikh Zayed, Beverly Hills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in logistics, shipping processes, and freight coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
