Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine freight forwarding and shipping services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in marine shipping sales is a must.
  •  Must be residing in Giza or Cairo (especially 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed).
  •  Able to commute to working on-site in Sheikh Zayed, Beverly Hills.
  •  Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and close deals effectively.
  •  Proficiency in logistics, shipping processes, and freight coordination.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  •  Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales approaches.
  •  Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
  •  Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
  •  Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
