The Role:
Consult: Analyze client portfolios and recommend opportunities in New Cairo & North Coast (Commercial & Residential).
Educate: Present detailed feasibility studies and payment plan comparisons.
Close: Secure high-value deals by proving the investment value, not just the "view."
Build: Develop long-term relationships with investors who trust your numbers.
Who You Are:
Analytical Salesperson: You are comfortable using Excel and calculating ROI in front of a client.
Market Expert: You know the difference between a "good price" and a "good investment."
Experience: 1-3 years in Real Estate Sales (preferably in Commercial/Admin sectors).
Professional: Classy appearance and excellent negotiation skills.
